About Us
We are located in the middle of the Amish country of Central Illinois. Many of the photographs that you find here are images from the simple life of the Amish. Photographer Richard Herschberger has lived the biggest part of more than fifty years in the area working, playing, celebrating, and weeping with his Amish neighbors and relatives. But many more of the images are parts of life that are meant to be enjoyed as well such as sunsets, sunrise, flowers, deer, the clouds, etc., the parts of our world that can bring challenges and joy.
The gallery of images here exceeds greatly what little space allows in the store-front gallery. We hope that you enjoy browsing the images we enjoyed making available for your pleasure.
